If you receive a defective item or your order is missing an item, please contact us at crazygoatdiscounttumblers@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with pictures or video of your item. Please provide order name and order number in the email. The item will be replaced as a store credit or shipped out to you immediately

Once an item has been customized or altered in any way, store credit and exchanges are not permitted. 

White boxes come AS IS. 

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Once an order is placed it cannot be combined with another order or altered.

Please be aware, if you use PayPal ECheck, payments take 6 to 10 business days to clear within PayPal. Once the payment has cleared, your items will then be processed and shipped.

If you use AfterPay, payments can take 1 to 2 business days to clear within AfterPay. Once the payment has cleared, your items will then be processed and shipped.

If UPS/FedEx/USPS shows your order to be delivered and you did not receive your shipment, you will need to file a claim with the shipper and go through their process. We will assist with what we can and provide any information needed to the shipping company upon their request.
